Return & Refund

At Motionxx, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make the return or exchange process simple and hassle-free.

Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items returned after this 30-day period.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@motionxx.store with:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for the return (optional but helpful)

We will guide you through the next steps, including how to send your item back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos showing the issue to help us resolve your case quickly. After confirming the problem, we will

  • Arrange a free replacement shipment, or
  • Issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and offer either a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please email us as soon as possible at support@motionxx.store. If your order has not yet shipped, we will refund you in full. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.
